358 on Victoria is a new A-grade commercial building located in Salt River, Cape Town. Completed in 2021, Phase 1 of the development comprises 18 000m2 of A-grade office space. The development has been designed to achieve optimal comfort levels through a thermally activated building system, or TABS, an energy efficient radiant system that uses the concrete’s thermal mass by carrying water for heating and cooling within pipes in the building’s structure.
